Do I need to know all the specifications?

No. Choose what you know and leave the rest for our consultation. We can discuss the balance between size, appearance and budget.

How long does a custom project take?

Eligible projects start from 15 days. Your timeline is confirmed after reviewing specifications, quantity, setting and report requirements. Memorial and unusual projects require individual assessment.

Can I request an independent report?

You may request IGI, GIA or NGTC. Availability and report type are confirmed for your project. Laboratories use different reporting systems; an assessment is not a blanket brand certification.

Can you work from my design?

Yes. Share a drawing or reference you are entitled to use. We assess the structure, materials and feasibility before agreeing a production specification.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Tell us the required quantity and specifications. Minimum quantities and prices are confirmed per project rather than represented as a universal offer.
